We are seeking a professional, experienced conference Photographer to take photos during our full day women’s conference in Arlington, VA on Friday, May 3, 2019. The event will start at 8:30am and run through 6:00pm. The Photographer will need to have all equipment, including back-up camera and equipment. Good communication skills with professional ladies, an example of finished work and three client references are needed. The final deliverables required include: • Electronic copies of all Photos to be delivered on a flash drive or electronic file transfer at the end of the conference day (May 3, 2019) • 40 Finished Photos, as selected by the conference sponsor, to be delivered within 5 days following the selection The location is a hotel in the DC/VA area. Lunch and parking are included. Additionally, your company logo will be included on our website, program booklet and event marketing materials.
