I have baseboard trim that I need painted white and I need one small room painted. I have all the material but you need to bring your own tools. This means, tools, drop cloth, paint brushes, etc. I will buy the sandpaper. I need you for about 8 hours, but it may be actually less. I will pay $150 for 8 hours. If we finish in less than 8 hours, I will still pay the $150. Please don't call me! I also have a tile job for a small bathroom. The floor is already level and I have put the concrete board down. You just need to lay tile and grout it. This is a very small bathroom about 35 sq feet. I have $175 for this tile job. I have the material, you need your ownn tile cutter and tools. Do you have know how to install a toilet? I have a toilet sitting waiting to be installed. All the parts are there. $40 for the installation.
