Hello, We live Ashburn, VA, single family home. We currently have a cleaner service come in every month for the past several years, but we are looking for someone to come every other week to clean. (One visit all 3 levels, other for 2 levels only plus Fridge/Oven and other deep cleaning) for $70 per visit. Of course first time visit has a different rate. Must follow Covid guidelines and have your own tools and supplies prefered. Seeking someone long term. Serious candidates only.. Contact me only if you are okay with schedule and rate. Responsibilities includes, not limited to Kitchen: Clean sink, Clean appliance exteriors, Clean inside microwave, Clean range top, Damp wipe cabinet doors, Clean counters, Hand wash floor. All Rooms: Pick up and straighten, Dust sills, ledges, wall hangings, Remove cobwebs, Dust/vacuum furniture, Vacuum floors, carpets, Wipe all Doors, Vacuum stairs, Change linens, make beds, Vacuum under beds, Hanging clothes, Empty trash and clean trash can area Bathrooms: Clean, disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, Hand wash, disinfect floors, Wash bathroom Mats monthly once Windows: Windows Clean entry window, one set of patio door windows, Clean window over kitchen sink Thanks in advance.
