We are looking for a skilled and effectual Debris Remover who is capable of removing the debris from the retention pond and securing the proper disposal of the debris collected during the operation. A responsible individual who is accountable for wearing proper safety equipment as well as performing given task with all honesty and integrity in order to represent the organization well and to maintain best practices; also, can uphold perfect work attendance for two consecutive days while adhering the standard policies of the organization to guarantee in accomplishing the task in a timely manner and to maintain positive service record. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR 2 (TWO) DAYS Guarantees to remove debris by means of picking the liter and debris then place it at the back of the dump truck to make certain in restoring the retention ponds to full capacity. Maintains personal and workplace safety through wearing proper protective equipment to ensure the safety of each laborer and to prevent harmful incidents. Secures to work with integrity by honestly performing the task given during the operation to make certain with the client’s satisfaction. Ensures to represent the organization in a best manner through adhering to the rules and policies set by the organization to guarantee in enticing the prospected clients and to maintain best practices. Assures to uphold good work-attendance through accomplishing the daily average attendance of a laborer to secure in achieving the duty in a timely manner and to have a good employment record. Deals with the proper debris waste disposal by means of performing the proper disposal measures to prevent in risking the public health and the environment. JOB SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Preferably with High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS: Have proven work years of experience as a Debris Remover or equivalent Must have a valid driver’s license and a pickup truck or dump truck to be utilized in loading and unloading the debris ESSENTIAL SKIILS / KNOWLEDGE: Can adhere to any written or verbal instructions Familiarity with the equipment to be use on removing the debris Independent with the ability to operate any hand tools Can work within the time table with good communication skills Respectful, Enthusiastic and Patient EXPECTED SALARY: $ 260 – per day + Gas & Food Bonus WORKING CONDITIONS TOOL/S OF TRADE: Handy Clam, Rake, Bucket, Picker and Duckweed Removal Tools WORK ENVIRONMENT: The job entails frequent standing and walking around Prince George’s County, Maryland and Hampton Roads Virginia; there is recurrent contact to heat, dust and other environmental condition.
