Property Management company seeking multiple reliable handyman / maintenance person for maintenance and remodeling projects. If you are a: handyman plumber mechanic electrician carpenter painter, drywall installer / finisher, hvac technician carpet cleaning carpet installer floor repair / tiles installer, caulking cleanout / trash out Skill sets required: - painting (indoor and outdoor) - kitchen services - clogged sink, minor repair to cabinetry, etc. - bathroom services - clogged toilet, clogged sink, clogged drain, changing of bathroom fixtures, etc.. - minor electrical items - minor indoor items - changing doors/locks, light fixture changes, etc.. - outdoor maintenance - unclogging gutters, minor fence repair, outside door repairs Requirements: * Prior maintenance experience * Ability to work independently * Must have own tools * Reliable transportation * Available to work at least 40 hours per week. You can work upto 50 hours per week. * clean background * Attention to detail * Honest & Dependable * Reliable cell phone with voice mail setup * Flat day rate paid We are looking for someone who can help us for a reasonably long period of time, who can be flexible and responsible.
