We are seeking someone who has experience in sanding, staining, and installation of railings for a staircase. Treads need to be sanded and stained twice. Railing needs the same. Post need some extra sanding and then staining. Please have staircase experience, a wide selection of sanding tools, and be ready to start immediately. Must be local to DC.
