Probably one full day job or 1.5 days -need to add trim or misc. molding or cut tile & install in small pieces between bathtub & interior wall -contractor may have to drive to home depot or lowes to pick up material but homeowner will reimburse or provide store card -need to reglaze bathtub white (or paint it) -remove paint stains from floor tile (homeowner has 2 bottles of acetone on site along with paint thinner) -grout/repair a few broken pieces of tile in the bathroom wall (small cracks, need to be concealed) -must use blue painter's tape to cover shower fixtures (owner pays attention to detail, previous contractors have made errors) -if you're the guy that likes to take it easy on job sites or take shortcuts, then don't bother following up with the homeowner -owner has more home renovation tasks if contractor performs this task according to plan -homeowner is not going to replace bathtub (don't bother asking him) Owner will pay for all materials and pays attention to detail. Request contractors to provide a daily or hourly rate. Owner seeking labor quotes only.
