JOB SUMMARY The PT Pest Control Technician is responsible for providing services to maintenance accounts. Also being the brand ambassador in the field. The PCT is responsible for handling residential and commercial accounts including assisting with termite control, wildlife trapping, and other pest control situations. The PCTs ensure that there are sufficient supplies, equipment, and materials needed for his/her route. Additionally, the PCT ensure pro-active and frequent communications between themselves, their manager, field staff, and the office staff. Assigned Pest are: Rodents, roaches, termites, bedbugs, ants, flying insects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The PCTs are responsible for the following duties including but not limited to: • PEST CONTROL APPLICATION. handles pest control applications at customer sites to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. • FIELD-OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS: Respond proactively and promptly to office team requests in response to communications for service and the service team. Ensure that money and service slips are turned in on a timely basis and checking for discrepancies. Properly complete requested paperwork within policied timeframes. • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Update job and team knowledge by tracking trends and practice in service application, participate in required education opportunities and job training. Work with the General Manager and to suggest ways to improve the business operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Degree or Associate’s Degree. • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk and drive. Musts possess a valid driver’s license, must be able to use a telephone, computer, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to crawl in tight spaces, apply chemicals, and lift/carry/climb ladders.
