Looking for motivated Flooring Technician. Technician must be able to sand, stain and finish hardwood floors. Approx. 3,000 SF to refinish. Also, must be able to sand and stain stairs, handrails and edges. Candidate must be able to perform repair work on subfloors and ensure the flooring is level. Technician must have experience in installation of new hardwood flooring. Technician must have a minimum of 5 years experience doing similar work.
