I am looking for a sub-Contractor or a group to install and finish my drywall on a project we are currently working on. It is located in NE D.C. Please read carefully before responding, 1. All material will be provided. (We just do not provide drywall guns or trowels) 2. All material will be on-site and staged accordingly. 3. We are responsible for the disposal of scraps and trash. 4. We do not pay any deposit or money upfront. Payment is as follows. - 50% After the drywall is installed. - 50% Upon completion of Plaster and sanding. (Drywall is primer ready Condition) No deviation from the payment schedule. 5. If you do not have insurance, you must fill out a W-9 form for payment. Payment is by credit card, wire transfer, or Bank check You can feel free to set up a site visit but we want an average price per sheet before we go to the next step and do a site visit. 9’ ceilings half the ceilings are 8’ It has 3 floors.
