I hired someone to do this that scammed me out of money, so I am starting over. :( I think I know exactly what I need, so let me explain. PLEASE READ this through so you know whether you are able to do what I am asking. Thank you very much. I have a table that I made in Microsoft Word a long time ago that needs to be recreated (its formatting is messed up). I need it to be a basic form, that on the front page: 1) I can easily make small edits to for each individual client as they need (to change columns, etc). 2) I need them to be able to type into it without it getting distorted or moving (hence, a fillable document, likely PDF) 3) I need it to be accessible to them in Google Docs to fill out, and then for me to be able to print it from there. So can a fillable PDF be created, moved into Google Docs and still be fillable in there? I am attaching a screenshot of the two pages. The first is the page that needs to be redone with ways for me to change around (I need to add/adapt columns for different clients- I can send you examples) The second page can look exactly the same, or it doesn't have to with the days. They just need a way to mark off which skills they used on which day. Please respond if: 1) You completely know how to do this in this way or a similar way that will work. 2) If you can do this by the end of the today or by tomorrow/work with me today to finish it. 3) Your method can keep the front page looking pretty much the same as it does now.
