Hello. I have 9 window security bars that I'd like removed. I'd like the medal posts that connect the bars into the brick to be CUT OUT in order to remove the security bars. 2 of the windows are off of a 2nd floor upper deck, which a ladder will be needed to get on the deck -- approximately 10 feet up.
