Vienna Hot Tubs is looking for someone that is going to be able to handle the books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Having a grasp on Quickbooks desktop is also a plus. Basic administration tasks such as filing are also necessary. Occasionally help with the day to day tasks like answering phone calls. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and able to follow instructions.
